What is Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed before an item is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped once the item is in stock. 

When will I receive my order?

Heat Athletic will ship your items within 48 hours from the order date. 

Does Heat Athletic accept returns and exchanges?

We want our customers to be happy, so we will gladly exchange any item. If you exchange for an item that is of lesser value than your original purchase, you will receive a store credit. Returns will be handled on an individual basis. 

Will you offer other colors?  

At this time, the colors on the website are what we have available. We will certainly offer more colors as we grow. 

Where do you ship items? 

We ship throughout the U.S and Canada.
